SEXERCISING YOUR WAY TO "FIT"


Regular exercising is top notch for a range of  to do together along with your appearance. Exercise facilitates and manipulate tension and depression, builds muscles, prevents sickness, and might enhance sleep, to call a handful of nice effects. But exercising has every other advantages that you can have overlooked: your intercourse life.

"Participating [in] and maintaining a regular exercise regimen that increases heart rate, breathing, and muscle activity can improve sexual performance and sexual satisfaction, which can ultimately lead to a better sex life." 
 
 
 
 We spoke with Dr.Tina M. Penhollow, associate professor in the Department of Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University, says, “Being active is a powerful aphrodisiac for women and men.

Workout makes you feel sexy. 
 You know that feeling when you see yourself in the mirror in the gym and think, "Damn, I look good!"

 Now, that confidence goes with you into the bedroom. Regular exercise helps improve self-esteem. When we personally like the appearance of our bodies, we are more likely to want to show it to our partners. 
 
 "Being active leads to a more positive body image," says Dr.Penhollow. "It can increase self-esteem and make people sexier, more confident and attractive and therefore more likely to engage in sexual activity." 
 
 This boost of self-confidence comes in all dimensions. If you move your body regularly, you are on the right track. 
 
 Training improves blood circulation. Exercise improves sexual performance. 
 Physical activity reduces stress and stress is a mood killer. 
 Sweating (off the sheets) is actually a great arousal, according to science. Studies consistently show that exercise equates to higher libido and better sexual function, says Mary Claire Haver, M.D., a gynecologist in the medical branch of the University of Texas.If you want to get the most out of your gym workouts, here's what you need to know. 
 
 Sure, you can start with classics like cowgirl, but why not expand into new and unfamiliar territory? Think about the workouts you include in your regular fitness routine - like squats - and incorporate them into your sexual adventures with positions that will help you sculpt and stretch the same parts of your body. Even though we all have a favorite position, it never hurts to change things up every now and then.
